Terrible. Cold, impatient, very difficult to work at in an emergency. Abandoned us when we most needed help.
I have been a client for several years now and Ferrell has always been responsive, punctual and most importantly, reliable. Their customer service is great both from their office and delivery personnel. I highly recommend them.
I recently switched to Ferrellgas because I was really unhappy with my previous provider. I found Ferrellgas customer service representatives to be extremely helpful, friendly and professional.
