Ferrel Gas sent out a technician to refill our gas for hot water and the dude they sent out wasn’t even properly trained and DESTROYED my water heater and caused a small explosion fire in my house!…….. it’s been a month now they are still giving us the run around even after they had to pay for people to fix it . It’s been a month now and our family hasn’t had a proper bath in weeks Still waiting Ferrel Gas….. please come connect the line and show up when you say
Edited: Removed 1 star because its all fluff when they asked me to email them. They don't respond. worked out a decent deal with Ferrell to fill the 2 tanks on my property- the only caveat was it was scheduled 2 weeks out because I needed to set one of the tanks and plumb to it. Ferrell showed up early when the tank was not installed. I reminded them that I had scheduled it for 2 weeks out and then they tried to renegotiate the price per gallon.
