Edited: Removed 1 star because its all fluff when they asked me to email them. They don't respond. worked out a decent deal with Ferrell to fill the 2 tanks on my property- the only caveat was it was scheduled 2 weeks out because I needed to set one of the tanks and plumb to it. Ferrell showed up early when the tank was not installed. I reminded them that I had scheduled it for 2 weeks out and then they tried to renegotiate the price per gallon. We have been using Ferrellgas at our home in Bonny Doon for the last few years. We've had a wonderful experience and never felt stuck. That being said, there are issues in the mountains at times, and the office has always been clear when they need to prioritize deliveries. Communication has been their strength in our experience with Ferrellgas!
It was very cold and my furnace would not start. The propane tank gauge dial was in the red. I called Ferrellgas saying I was out if propane. Within hours my tank was filled. The furnace still would not start. Immediately Ferrellgas sent a technician back to my house who determined the problem was a malfunction in the furnace itself. This timely double response proved to me that Ferrellgas is truly a customer oriented propane supplier.
