This is Pipestem Retreat Cabins , when filling up last week you had turned off the valve and didn't turn it back on . It caused us to lose money from staying guests with no hot water and no heat propane . please when filling turn the valve back on . Thank you , Manager , Tammy Kennedy Pipestem Retreat Cabins
