Delivery techs are always polite and helpful. I have been happy with Ferrell. I know I could go elsewhere and maybe save a few bucks...but their customer service is phenomenal.
I placed my order for a tank refill using the automated prompts and my tank was filled 3 days later.
I have been using Ferrellgas for years now; prompt service reasonable pricing; I truly can rely on their prom pt courteous service; I highly recommend their service to anyone seeking fair reliable propane service!! Patrick.P
There hasn't been one year that they've listened to me when I've said that I need to be home so I can get my dog inside. They'll come through my gate which is my dog's indoor/outdoor run without checking that I'm home.
Ridiculously overpriced. You need to ask repeatedly for the legit price or they will charge you double the going rate.
