We really appreciated how easy it was to replace the previous service provider at our Rental House when the previous tenant absconded leaving an empty tank. Not so impressed with the continuing problems getting the account transferred to the new tenant. The effort started in July of 2025 and continues today. We received the bill for their recent refill. It is really hard to figure out why there is an additional charge as the tenant believed she had paid everything when she asked to have the account transferred AGAIN.
GREAT SERVICE
DO NOT GO HERE EXPECTING PROPANE TANK REFILL. Google shows this location as where to get propane tanks refilled. They DO NOT refill propane tanks. The corp customer service is useless. What a waste of time thinking I'd get my tank refilled. UPDATE: I suggest Ferrell Gas update the Google Maps information, stating the McKinney, TX location does not offer propane refill. In addition, you could post a sign on the locked entrance gate. That would help customer communication and not waste our time.
