I called when my tank was at 39%, and they gave me a date when they would be here but never came on that date or called to say anything. I called them about 5 different times, and they said they didn't know when it would be delivered. I was at 19% when They finally Delivered it ...
Not pleased at all with the driver. He pulled in my yard and rutted it all up, and then he didn't even fill up the tank to 80% like your supposed too. Not pleased with the delivers out of Boonville,
100% horribly ran business. With some really shady management. I own a property with a home that is not occupied. However I do keep the heat at a minimum to save the plumbing in winter. While having double knee replacements I called and asked to be put on auto fill. It ran completely out during my recovery and froze all the plumbing. I just assumed that I didn’t call in soon enough so they wouldn’t fill it until a recertification was done. So my bad. The damage to the plumbing was already done by this point. This place makes u pay when u order gas, if u overpay, u will never hear anything from them, if u underpay they will be calling you the next day demanding immediate payment. They make u feel like u are dishonest when in fact, they are the ones acting shady. Also they quote a price on the gas, then u find out later that they add on delivery fees, hazardous material fees, etc. I will never get gas here again.
They put us in a very dangerous situation and then tried to lie their way out of it. Also zero communication other than from the tech who was the only decent part of our experience. We had a bad float that needed replaced. I called to see when the driver would be coming or to have them call me so I could be there. This is due to the fact that last year they didn't replace it correctly and thus we actually ran out of gas totally this year not realizing they hadn't fixed the gauge properly.
