I would leave zero stars if that were an option, but unfortunately, one star will have to do. This started a couple of weeks ago when I called to have 150 gallons of propane delivered. After placing the order, we waited about a week for confirmation on when delivery would take place. The delivery driver eventually came to our area on a Tuesday, but instead of delivering to us, he went to my neighbor’s property. Ferrellgas in their entirety staff did a great Job from start to finish. Mr. Chris did an outstanding job with his initial inspection and the pressure test. He was very thorough, very knowledgeable at his occupation, kind, patient, and very respectable. The over the phone staff were very polite and patient and answered each and every question we may have presented.
