I called Ferrell gas to fill their propane tank and was told it would be filled in about 2 weeks. So I connected my own propane tank until they could deliver. They showed up the next day and since I connected my own tank to my house they stole my regulator from my tank because they said it was unsafe. When I originally got service with them they used the regulator I had from a previous propane service

Always a job well done and so quite when they fill the tank. Dont even hear them come and go.

l always have had a good experience with them. Moved out here 2 years ago they were the previous owners propane supplier. So l kept them as mine. Dependable and reliable service. Thank You Great Customer Service Department.

Extremely disappointed that Ferrelgas does not provide a schedule date for their deliveries. We live in a secured area with elderly patience in the property , and we have requested number of times a courtesy notification (call) the morning of the delivery, so we know who is entering the premises, move vehicles out of the way, notify the security company of daily arrivals and also notify our staff and elderly who live here. We had a gas leak so I called them like recommended. I found where it was leaking and fixed the problem myself. The guy refused to not come out after i told him that i found the problem and fixed it myself. I told him as long as it's under 200 dollars to come out, that's fine. He explained to me that they would adjust my bill once I called. I received a 400 dollar bill! After calling three times, they haven't adjusted it, and they even gave me a late fee!
