This place is horrible to work with. They filled my tank last year, no questions asked. This year, they happily took my money for a refill and gave me a 1.5 week deadline (which is way too long, but ok, it's winter, I understand). Deadline passes, no delivery, no communication, NOTHING. After many calls, I'm finally told the driver didn't fill my tank because I had a Southern States marking on it. WHY WAS THIS NEVER COMMUNICATED TO ME? This was also a straight up lie. I placed my propane order on 11-28-25 with a latest delivery date of 12-10-25. I was on the schedule to be delivered on 12-11-25. The driver ran out of time and did not deliver my propane. I was NOT added to the next business day delivery or even the second day. When I called to ask when it would be delivered, Debbie the phone customer service rep, told me I was no more important than anyone else and hung up on me. I would like a delivery date for propane I have already paid for. I have been a customer for 13 years. Terrible... read more
