I placed my propane order on 11-28-25 with a latest delivery date of 12-10-25. I was on the schedule to be delivered on 12-11-25. The driver ran out of time and did not deliver my propane. I was NOT added to the next business day delivery or even the second day. When I called to ask when it would be delivered, Debbie the phone customer service rep, told me I was no more important than anyone else and hung up on me. I would like a delivery date for propane I have already paid for. I have been a customer for 13 years. Terrible... read more
