Very cheap tank rent compared to other local companies, but very poor attitude from customer service and inconsistent with delivery. Moved to Scott.

I’m with Ozark Mountain Propane because this company sucks! If you’re having the same problems as everyone else on here, not getting propane before it’s cold. No follow up or delaying deliveries, don’t stick with them! Make the move like I did. Ozark Mountain is wonderful! They even come out and top off my tank before a freeze, without me even having to ask. So glad I made the switch!!

Long story short, we have not had a propane tank since the early 2000s so I was reading the PSI gauge when I called for a refill. They ended up only having to put 59 gallons in. I was very embarrassed and called to apologize and ask how to read the gauge, and as you probably guessed I was reading the wrong one. When I called I spoke with Will, and he was so nice and reassured me that it was not a big deal at all and he stayed on the phone with me while I got my coat on and walked out to the tank so he could help me.
