Absolutely terrible experience. Delays after delays and additional visits needed for partial service. Moving to a new provider.
First I will give your rep Ardrienne W a 5 Star. She went above and beyond and deserves a 10 star rating. She is who should be in charge of customer appreciation. However I give your company a 1 star. Poor service. No follow up. Constant delays in delivery put us at risk of running out. Ordered on 2/5, multiple changes to delivery date that only were communicated after I called. Delivered 2/26. I even have over paid by $107 and had that as a credit and still late on delivery. New construction, we have been dealing with this company for a month . We have paid for everything and each time they come out there is some type of miscommunication on service requested & preventing tank to be filled, then rescheduling us a week out, EVERY TIME. They have zero customer service, same story as other reviews: we get no follow up calls from say ‘manager’ … this company is a JOKE. It is cold and we have no heat or hot water. Up until recently we have been happy with the product and drivers. That is until our second most recent fill. We were charged for both ours and our neighbors propane. I paid it initially and talked to our neighbor. They were charged and paid also. I called Ferrell gas and asked to rectify the situation and was told they’d look into it. Never heard anything back.
