They want to charge just because somebody doesn't need propane and they said that if you don't need propane we don't force you to have it cuz a lot of people have vacation homes and they want to charge double the tank fee all because of somebody doesn't need propane it's like when you buy gas you buy gas when you need it and you don't get charged extra that makes no sense and that is wrong extremely strange very weird employees by the way who have they're not courteous no respect or consideration for anything just look at th... read more
Extremely disappointed with Ferrellgas. The delivery time was completely unreasonable, with little to no communication or updates. Waiting this long for an essential service is unacceptable—especially while caring for a newborn baby. What made the situation even more frustrating is that we live in an area where I regularly saw trucks from other propane companies making deliveries, yet Ferrellgas repeatedly failed to show up or provide clear answers. Their service has greatly improved the over the last year. They now deliver early and call me to let me know that the driver is on his way on the day of delivery. It used to take weeks and trying to get a heads up the day of delivery was just ignored, and complaints would fall on deaf ears. All that has been resolved over the last year. They have now literally become my best service provider. Others don't even come close.
Always show up when scheduled. Drivers are courteous and professional. If you shop the company specials on pricing, you can get a great deal. Had some issues several years ago, but they are operating as a quality company.
Always on time and they go beyond filling the tanks.
