Had my tank roll off blocks as spring thaw happened, contacted Ferrell office and had service crew out within 3 hours to pick up and reset tank. Went inside our house and checked all appliances to make sure all where good for leaks and worked properly. Can not say enough about service and care provided by them. I have been a customer over 10 years and will be for a long time, thank you, Tim Knaser
So the first time I got gas this year I had about 30% i got 100 gallon and only gave me 40% the 2nd time I had 4% got the same amount and was at 40% so I got ripped off I didn't notice till I checked the 2nd time and I got a recipe the first time I did not so now I check every time don't trust them want to switch
Disappointed in the pricing as I had to use Amerigas for my last delivery. All else with Ferrell Gas has been good on a couple deliveries.
Ferrell Propane is a very fast and efficient company on getting your LP to you with the best prices around, the entire staff has been easy to work with, I highly recommend this company for your propane needs.
Better Service than the other Company that we used to have.
