Have had good experiences until this last delivery. Overpriced, took over 2 weeks to get delivery. I didn't complain about pricing, or ask for a discount, because we needed filled. They rescheduled delivery 4 times, just about ran out of propane. Many hours of "Hold time" trying to get answers, was just always told "We'll let you know when we have more information". All conversations seemed scripted, and pointless. I really hope Ferrellgas gets back to what they previously were.
Very happy. Delivery guys are always nice. The last time was right after we had that big snow and I apologize that I could not go out to shovel for him I'm a disabled veteran and he said that's okay I can pull the hose back around the house. I was worried because I had already dropped below the 30% I have no alternative heat source. But he got it done thank you very much.
Our home furnace runs on propane that we get from Ferralgas. While shoveling a path through the snow so the gas delivery man could get to our tank to deliver a refill, I smelled a leak out near our tank. Since we had nearly 2 foot deep drifts on our property, I wanted to be sure they could get access to the tank. I have had Ferrell Gas for several years now. I enjoy working with them. The drivers and office personnel are very friendly and are always there to help.
I am very satisfied with the quality service I have received over the years. More importantly, any time I have reached out and spoke to a staff member they all have been very helpful and diligent to answer my questions. Moreover, the drivers who make the deliveries and touch the customer are very polite and considerate / respectful of property and surroundings. My wife plants grasses and flowers specifically around the propane tank, bottom line your CDL drivers are awesome.
