We switched from MFA to Ferrell Gas because it was cheaper. What a mistake. I even prepaid for the year. Then they allowed our tank to run out when it was on automatic fill. The temperature is 0 and wind chill -20. When I tried to call them, there was no emergency contact. It was an autoattendant circular nightmare.
