I just signed up with Ferrell gas 2 months ago. I put a credit card on file and the representative told me I was set up on auto filll and that they have a reader that they can tell when it need to be filled. It negative 17 right now and I ran out of gas. I tried calling them to ask why I’m empty and they said I wasn’t set up on auto fill. Two different people saying to two different things. Propane deliver was terrific and a day ahead of schedule. They were friendly and made sure that I was happy before they left.

I just bought a house with propane tanks that we lease from Ferrellgas. The 1st time customer discount was awesome, as well as the customer service we received. We had a discrepancy and a question on our bill. After talking with Ferrellgas they were able to help us out and explain the services provided as well as the charges to be expected. So far satisfied with the company and would recommend.
