Trying to get in touch with someone who could help us get a 2nd tank to hook up to a whole house generator took no fewer than 8 phone calls over the course of 2 weeks. Several people had NO clue who to refer my issue to. It was hard to get Ferrellgas to speak with the electrician. I don't know anything about gas hook-ups or regulators, so I needed these folks to speak with each other. This is what happens when the company has no local folks to assist customers. Ferrellgas gets an F- from me.
My elderly mother has been a loyal customer for 40+ years. For the second time this winter, she has been dangerously close to running out of heat in her home. As of right now (2/13/26) her tank is at 12% even though she is on the Ferrellgas Auto-Fill program. A refill was also manually called-in over two weeks ago when it was at 30% and there still hasn't been a propane delivery. I had a delivery issue that I needed to clear up,and felt I was having a real problem with being heard as well as being understood. I said I needed to talk to a manager. I was told this may not happen until Monday I said that would not be a problem. I received a call back within 2mins. I could tell right away that I was talking to someone that knows how to listen, and had the problem resolved very quickly! Thank you Kirsten! Very Professional! Knows how to listen to the customer #1
They have been awesome! So easy and so far no issues at all
Showed up at 4:15 as the website said they’re open until 4:30. Took him 10 minutes to finish the guy ahead of me. He told me sorry he was out of time, come back tomorrow.
