Polite and decent service. I always enjoy filling up my propane tanks at Ferrellgas.
We are so happy with Ferrell Gas! Right on time! Never fails!
They have a fee for everything you need done. They also let my tank get very low before filling, even though I'm on the "keep full" program. I've had to call and place an order the last two months in a row and stress about whether they will show up to fill before it runs out. I signed up (for a fee) to have a price lock, and it seems my bill is higher than it used to be. The only positive experience I've had with them is a local driver helping me with a service call I had to have done due to insurance.
I called and they delivered the next day. Always great service and friendly delivery person.
These people are great! When we first moved to where they are the propane supplier, we ran the tank empty, not realizing... they came days before they said they could, and didn't charge extra charges that they state on their website. Very helpful. Next fill was timely and extremely well priced. I will highly recommend!
