Your service and people are very professional and nice. My problem is with your company policies and payment options. I think it is ridiculous in 2025. Not to be able to automate payment/service. Keep my card on file so I don't have to jump through hoops to pay you ( the right amount, that's hard to determine). I don't understand why you create some much friction. Only one star because 0 isn't an option. I'm a small user, and clearly this company doesn't care or need my business and it shows in their attention to my account.
Order taker was professional and polite. Driver was there when they said he would be.
