We ran out of propane even though we’re on auto fill. Driver told office our road wasn’t plowed but they did that immediately after storm. We had no heat or fireplace and our house was freezing. They did get someone here the next day but what bothers me the most is that the driver said he knew our tank was empty the week before! Why didn’t he come back? I wasn’t aware my propane tank was low. Ferrellgas called me and let me know I needed to schedule a fill up. Seamless customer service!

GREAT Customer Service! Any issue(s) I've had with Ferrell Gas have been resolved completely to my Satisfaction. I would ONLY use Ferrell Gas!
Kathy is my favorite person whom I have never met in person. She is both pleasant and efficient. We left Amerigas a couple of years ago and could not be happier than we are with Ferrel. Kathy makes you look good. Give her a raise.
