Very Fast service Delivery person is polite and pleasant.
Ferrellgas used to be great. Their service was terrible. No show. Postponing. Then on the day they promised to finally come, another NO SHOW. I called and the office gal. Did some calling around. When the guy showed up he had been called late in the day from another city to do an emergency delivery to my home. ???
Like others we too are considering changing our supplier. After several requests and despite a prominent sign on the tank the delivery person has activated our Earthquake sensor due to their heavy handedness on two occasions and we have been left without gas. In earlier times the delivery person would leave a notice alerting us of the delivery and we could check the sensor, but not anymore. One gets the feeling that business is being conducted from somewhere else very very far away and any personal connection has been lost.
God aweful! Your CAN CHANGE TO A NEW GAS COMPANY!! You don’t have to use them! After not having HOT WATER for a week and waiting on them to show up, I finally found a different company who is amazing ! PCP is a life savor and actually cares about their customers and came out with a new tank FOR FREE! Plus they have way better pricing and people! RUN away from Ferrell!
this company was acquired. since then the customer service was as bad as it could be. the folks who work there generally are horrible. I have been a customer since 1977. they treated me like dirt and were completely indifferent to my reported problem Connie was the only one who cared to help but she was not allowed. I'm done with them
