Delivery was great, driver came earlier than expected. I do wish I new how much was put in my tank since the order is based on an estimate of how much is in the tank and no receipt was given.
Place is terrible, people are rude and a pain to deal with. They try to add extra charges for extra gas there driver put in the tank with out request or permission. Give a 15 day estimate to deliver gas after they charge a 100 gal min, which is like 600 plus. Probably time to go back to Amerigas
I had a credit on my account that was removed and was applied against a repair service which was never rendered. Took me "3" phone calls to get this credit restored to my account. The 3 stars is for the 3rd Representative who actually took the time to correct my Ferrellgas account. You guys have a lot of work to do in the customer service dept. Seems you only have one capable representative.
For 20 years I was with Amerigas and I never received the excellent and kind customer service that I receive with Ferrellgas. My only regret is that I didn't switch to Ferrellgas sooner. You guys are the absolute best!!
We started with Ferrel in 1999, as I remember. The service was great, they delivered 5 days from the order. It is getting worse and worse. I used to order when the tank got to 30%. For my last delivery, we waited over 2 weeks, the tank was down to 5%. I called and had to pay $100 extra for next day delivery. So for our last delivery, I ordered at 40%.
