Horrible customer service. Delivery timing is unacceptable. Lost order requests, Wrong delivery address, failure to show up. No communication. No way to reach local site. We have run out of propane several times because driver does not show up or does not get the order

I am over 70 years old and when I called in the female who answered the phone said I qualify for a discount when I paid my bill I did not see no discount all of your drivers have been wonderful except for one one was very rude I called in and I let them know about this driver he argued with me I told the driver and the person who answered the phone that this gate is not locked it may not be locked look like but it is not locked and I when he got out of the vehicle I showed him is it locked he never said you were right it's n... read more
