I have used Ferrellgas for many years and have always been happy with it. The people answering the phone are always nice and the drivers are always friendly and helpful. I am very happy with this company and plan to stick with them.

Fast - friendly - Exceptional service !
Horrible customer service. Delivery timing is unacceptable. Lost order requests, Wrong delivery address, failure to show up. No communication. No way to reach local site. We have run out of propane several times because driver does not show up or does not get the order
