Your on-line services (app?) needs a lot of Work❗️I never had as big a foul up in service as this last load. It took 2 phone calls and speaking to 2 “real” people to correct and still the load was cancelled the first time without my knowledge! In over a dozen years I never had problems when I called the local office in Weatherford. BUT then I always started and ended the order dealing with a real person who worked and lived in my I county!!! I ordered propane while out of state with a service employee . When I got home the bill was over the amount told due to the delivery being messed up . No remorse nothing so now having to pay $100 more than I expected because the delivery person "delivered too much and it happens ". I have been ordering people for years and have never had issue this bad . Company wants to make people pay for stuff they didn't order intentionally. Horrible !
Their communication is lacking, Their service department is lacking. You are at their mercy and should be thankful that they even service you at all.
