My mother recently used Ferrellgas for the first time to fill the propane tank on her property. She requested 350 gallons, and the driver came out to complete the delivery. She was billed immediately after the fill, as agreed. However, after the driver left, she discovered that her gas was not working. When she called Ferrellgas to report the issue, she was told that it would take up to two weeks for someone to return to her home to check out the issue and it would include a trip fee of $100+ to address the issue.
