A week before a major extended freeze I requested a refill of my tank since propane is how I heat my house. The service man (Charles) came but did not fill the tank. He left a voice mail on my land line to call but did not leave a call back number. I called the Ferrell 800 number but they said they could reach the service man (even though he has a cell phone). They rescheduled and Charles returned two days later, the day before the freeze was to occur, leaving the same message with no call back number and again did not fill ... read more
