Attempted to assist my 91 yr old patient with ordering propane to be delivered to his home. Kathleen in the office was extremely rude to him over the phone. Definitely could have been nicer. Needs to sharpen up on phone etiquette.
Paid over $700 for residential gas delivery Jan 11, 2024. Today is Jan 30 and still no gas. Held for 20 minutes to speak with a live human at corporate at the 9 day mark who said they had to “put us back in the cue.” I have never seen a business with a one star rating average on Google. Their “family owned business” that you are forced to hear about on telephone hold definitely put a lot in of effort into this company to decimate their customer service.
We was scheduled to have our propane delivered today 02-12 per there conformation no one showed my wife was on hold for 2 hours we ordered a week in advance anticipating the sub artic temps arriving this is not the first time they have done us like this...Horrible Service.!!!! As of 02-25 still no propane you can't count on ferrellgas very disappointed in the managment and customer service .
Ferrell Gas bought Sharp Propane. In doing so they forgot to add us to the customer list who gets gas automatically. We never got a propane delivery so when the snow storm and bad weather which caused rotating power and finally no power or water for days. When power was restored we found out that the propane tank was completely empty. We called with an emergency request for gas. Called and representative said it was open. Drove from Salado and it was closed! Bad for business.
