Great company to get propane from. Never had an issue with delivery. But I am having issues with the website it won't let me log in and when I try to reset password it never sends the email.
Great customer service, I went in needing my propane tanks updated (they were passed their expiration date) and Pedro not only got my in the same day! proceded to repair and fill my tanks in a timely fashion, it all took 30 minutes!! And I was on my way, office staff were very friendly and efficient.
Ferrellgas A company very easy to work with, their drivers friendly And efficient, phone operator very appreciateive on taking orders very hospitalble!!
Service was good, but next day service charge was very unreasonable and very unconsiderate for someone who in desperate need of heat.
Receptionist was very friendly and helpful. She was in Las Vegas NM.
