I bought a new home and did a total remodel. I was told to install propane appliances and did so. Ferrel sold me a 500 gallon tank and I found out 1-2 weeks after they installed it that the neighborhood had natural gas installed within the last 1.5 years. I asked Ferrel to remove the tank and they wouldn’t, but did say they would pump out the propane for $1800. After being years their customer, they can't/ won't deliver when you are out of gas. But they also don't want to deliver when you have 40% gas in tank . They will charge extra for that delivery.! I guess, they just don't want to sell gas or deliver it . House on island gas price/delivery is $2.70. Delivery to central location that is just 2 miles from their office is$4.69 ??? Absolutely makes no sense, orher that they just simply don't want to deliver/ sell gas !
This call center is useless. 20 mins to check pricing for a 20lb tank and no one can answer or direct me to someone who can. And the first time on hold they hung up. Go elsewhere for ann Propane needs.
After doing business for years with Ferrell gas they decided to shut my account down. I have 3 tanks and only one is filled so when it's empty I change the empty for a full one on the last tank amd this occured i believe 3 time so I called and order fuel and had an inspection down and regulatory replace then after they took my money they shut down my account because they said I was unsafe for moving and replacing my empty with a fill one but they are the once that fill the tanks and made it to be unsafe if it was so unsafe w... read more
I came home from vacation on Saturday to no water in my house. Ferrellgas needed to mark the gas line so I could get water. It is Wednesday and I am still waiting for a call back. They were rude, hung up on me twice, told me I owned my own equipment and I could call anyone. They told me it takes a week. I had NO WATER. The city of PSL considered it an emergency but NOT Ferrellgas. I have water because the city traced the lines themselves. Ferrellgas is the worst.
