Always very helpful and knowledgeable
Very poor service for long term customer. I have auto fill and they never fill my tank when it is low and than it takes 3-5 days to get a truck out
Bar far the best service and employees in the business. Courteous, conscientious, caring, from day one for all services. My generator is over 20 years in service. When it is an emergency, They respond.
Ferrellgas did a great job keeping us fueled during Ian recovery. We were ten days without power and couldn't have made it without our generator, which Ferrell did a great job keeping filled as needed. So grateful for their communication and service! Just adding an update that after having our tank refilled by Ferrell a couple weeks ago, I checked my app last night and saw that we had lost 20% of the fuel with only brief weekly testing running the generator (it's back-up only for power loss).
