We had a great experience with Ferrellgas. From the office to the installation. Jason the installer was really great and helpful. We will definitely continue working with them.
Excellent service
Worst customer service EVER! We purchased a 2nd home at the beach and have called at least 7 or 8 times. No one calls back. Drive 4 hours Thursday to meet them Friday morning! They show up a day early and can’t fill it. We offered to pay extra for an emergency as we had a house full of people visiting. We’ve been without hot water for 10 days. Our neighbors had the sane issue! Call back today and they still can’t give me a date! How can you stay in business ??????
I was not home when the service technician came to the house, we talked on the phone about what I wanted added to my existing LP line from my 500 gallon tank. My tank only feeds my pool heater, I wanted two quick disconnects added so during power outages I can run my generator and my gas grill. The estimate I received from Ferrellgas was $1800 and some change for an hours work and less than $100 in parts. If you don’t want to do the work then just tell me, but really $1800 dollars, no thanks
