Rented a tank from Ferrellgas for many years and the terms were that Ferrellgas was the only supplier allowed yo fill the tank. This year I requested an additional fill up due to the cold weather. The quote from Ferrellgas was over $7 a gallon $3 a gallon higher than other local suppliers.
We had a great experience with Ferrellgas. From the office to the installation. Jason the installer was really great and helpful. We will definitely continue working with them.
Excellent service
Worst customer service EVER! We purchased a 2nd home at the beach and have called at least 7 or 8 times. No one calls back. Drive 4 hours Thursday to meet them Friday morning! They show up a day early and can’t fill it. We offered to pay extra for an emergency as we had a house full of people visiting. We’ve been without hot water for 10 days. Our neighbors had the sane issue! Call back today and they still can’t give me a date! How can you stay in business ??????
