Fair pricing, timely delivery. Just what you are looking for in a company.
We are new customers since last August! We find Ferrellgas very competive with their pricing. I wasn't sure how to get the tank topped off for this coming season. A very nice lady said "not to worry" we will becoming to your neighborhood and top off your tank" prior to hurricane season!!! Thanks
Back in January Ferrellgas came to refill our tank. When the technician arrived, he red tagged our system because of a corroded valve handle. The technician said he could not fill the tank until the valve handle issue was resolved and the main office would be calling us that day to get a quotation to repair the valve. All of the happened on a Friday. We never heard back from the office. On Monday I called the service number and was told someone would be back with us shortly. I'm so glad I did research on finding a reliable propane company! Ferrellgas Customer Service was easy to work with and very knowledgeable in my needs to get my propane tank filled in very timely delivery. And Service member that made delivery was also very helpful explaining in detail about my tank. I've never had propane in past,so my first time. Would recommend Ferrellgas to anyone needing your propane take filled
Terrible customer service. Terrible company. Held me hostage and left me without gas for more than a month, no hot water, no gas for cooking. Their Prices are twice as expensive as other LP gas providers. They claim I am renting their tank but will not produce any paperwork or a contract to prove that, signed by me or any of the previous owners. Interesting , huh?
