I’m 82 years old and the only thing I use propane for if for cooking. I do very very little of that. Last time I filled my tank was about a year and half ago. The gauge on the tank hasn’t moved a bit since then. Every year I have to pay a little over $100 a year. I’m sure this is for tank rental. I know it’s not the company’s fault for my not using more propane, but the amount of propane I have now will last the rest of my life. Being on a tight income makes it very difficult.

I don't need propane very often becauseI I only use it for my range however, when I do need it, they are prompt, helpful, professional and courteous.

I only have propane for my stove so I don't need refills often. However, when I need a refill, Ferrell is here when I call. The guys are always friendly and helpful. I'd recommend Ferrell to anyone that uses propane.

Refund owed, constantly being told to call back, checks in the mail🥱what started as 2 weeks is now 6 weeks. Yolanda latest agent not only passed me off but was Dismissive And unprofessional adding to an already frustrating situation. Requested a manager and her comment was they’re going to tell you the same thing I am. Promised a manager call in 48 hours.

Your policy of not topping off tanks unless there is less than 50% remaining without incurring a charge ($75) is poor customer service. I see your trucks in my neighborhood all the time, so why incur a service charge if I want to top off my tank prior to hurricane season. How about notifying us when your truck is in the area so that we can choose to refill at that time?
