We thought we might have a leak somewhere in our system, which has a bunch of appliances (stove, outdoor kitchen, fireplace, carriage lamps, firepit). Tech came out and checked everything stem to stern, verifying the system was 100% tight. Really appreciate having that done!
1 b/c zero isn't an option. If you're a small business, they don't want you as a customer. If you're an owner of a mobile food business (truck/trailer) they REALLY don't want your business. I had a guy come out in September to inspect my propane lines on my BBQ trailer. Shows up in an unmarked vehicle and without any tools but he did have his trusty squirt bottle of soapy water with him. "We don't work on food trailers" he says. I am a new customer with Ferrell Gas and am happy with the tank and the first filling. However, I am not happy about having to provide my social security information in order to qualify for their auto fill program. They should know that is super-confidential and should not be necessary for them. They are categorizing themselves as a utility company with this inquiry, but I am not buying into that nonsense. Beware!
I got a new Generac generator with two 120 gal tanks. I have never used propane gas before and my installer suggested Ferrellgas. I called them and they had no problem getting me on the schedule. The guy who delivered the gas could not have been any better. he was very pleasant and did a great job. Thanks for your service.
Terrible experience with my first refill. The date scheduled (yesterday) did not show-no call, no communication until the next day when I receive an email stating they will deliver in the next 3 days and is subject to change. WHAT?!?!? As they require this delivery (hundreds of dollars) to be pre-paid and don't show up, I called to speak with a representative.
