The only thing preventing me from giving 4 or 5 stars is the fact that you cannot contact the local office. The phone number goes to the National office and you can't rely on Internet searches or social media to find this information. This lack of simple information makes customer service a live minefield of frustration. Case in point - I had a gas leak that was found during a bulk order delivery. Customer service is non-existent with this company. I called to ask about my tank lease and how to purchase my tank so I could get out from under the lease, was told a manager would have to call me. 2 days later I still haven’t heard back. They quieted me over $5.00 per gallon. Their competitor quieted me 2.38 per gallon but since I lease my tank they can’t refill me. I called back to talk with the manager, who wasn’t available, but was told that “My price” is now 3.99 per gallon vs the over $5, I told them their competitor ... read more
It is easy to request a refill and they arrive quickly and work efficiently. I'm glad to be working with Ferrell Gas to keep my house cozy.
The serviceman was great, very knowledgeable and friendly!
this branch is a joke. had them test my gas line because the house sat for a few years. the gas system did not pass the inspection and they filled the tank anyways costing me a $1000. i called and said it had a strong odor and i was informed it was normal.
