The customer service is lacking. The website payment center is slow to display payments made despite paying quickly with a debit card resulting in orders taking over a week to process. We are stuck with this company because they placed the rusty old tank (that we lease annually) in a spot that inhibits any other gas company from offering us service. Would give zero stars or go back to city gas if I could.

I am very impressed with Ferrellgas! I feel valued as a customer. I particularly like the professionalism of the delivery men and the company's reliability. They can be relied on to deliver as scheduled!

Promises everything and delivers nothing. Notified them about a propane leak. No response from them. I had to call another company to come fix the leak. Highest priced propane, takes over a week to get propane tank refilled. The guys says my tank gauge is not accurate, ok will you fix it, and what about all the propane that leaked. He acted as if he could care less! Only time you get attentive service is when they want to sell you something. Sad a company operates in this manner! I am extremely disappointed with the service (or lack thereof) from Ferrellgas. I’ve been a loyal customer since 2012, and they have always filled my propane tank without any issues. Recently, they refused to fill it, citing a concrete pad as the reason. However, nothing about the tank or pad has changed since we bought the house and began service.
