Overall I am happy with Ferrell’s service. My only complaint is the billing. I wish the invoices would show more detail, for instance, any discounts available. Maybe also put a link to fair market value so customers can better plan for refuel times.
The ordering is easy on line. Payment is just as easy but call the local office to insure they see the payment. Once that is done they are here in just a few days. thank you for being efficient.
I have bern a loyal customer fir a couple of years and as we face hard times in this economy I have tried several times yo get on with pay over time but instead if valuing a loyal customer the company seems to be more worried about credit like give me a break and on top of that I live about 10 minutes away from their location and the still give a delivery date about a week away and when I try to pay for express service it's Never available I have really been thinking about doing away with propane al together And yes I will t... read more
