This is the second time that Ferrellgas has asked me for my rating. Terrible: If you want to stay warm in the winter! In spite of several calls, and messages about low tank levels, we were without heat, hot water, and backup generator.
The worse service ever! 3 weeks without heat in January then 2 weeks waiting again in March with no heat
This guys deserve no stars. They should be prosecuted for failing to deliver propane on a timely basis during the coldest parts of the winter. My tank hit 1 percent last year before the last minute delivery occurred, then this year (25-26) it was at 3 percent. Temps hovering around zero each time. Anxiety levels on steroids!!!! Avoid them at all costs.
You bill me every year for a tank monitor but you don't use it. I had to place an order myself because tank was below 20%. Ordered on 2/22 delivery was scheduled for 3/6. On 3/7 delivery was canceled with no phone call, text or e-mail that it had been cancelled or the reason why. Reordered myself on 3/10 with a promised delivery date of 3/18. Delivery finally arrived on 3/19. You have commercials on TV showing your trucks making deliveries in all kinds of weather and how great your service is. But we all know that's a lie. Y... read more
I'm questioning whether you really want to again hear about my disappointment, but here goes. I called in for a propane tank refill on February 23, 2026. Was told I would be put on the schedule and could expect delivery between that date and March 9, 2026. I told them my tank gauge was approximately 24%. Days passed and on March 7th I called to verify a delivery soon. I was told "on the delivery schedule for the next day". March 8th came and went, no delivery. March 9th, 3pm, called again that the tank was down to around 5%.... read more
