The last 4 months have to call to see when my delivery is going to be we have been almost out of Gass for3 out of 4 months and the 4 month we have no gas our house is so cold and layers of clothes aren't even helping this is ridiculous I am so over this company
3 weeks later and we are out of gas before your snail pace delivery. Had to use electric heaters and stayed in one room to keep warm. DISGUSTING!
Disappointed! Called to order at approximately 30% as directed, estimated delivery date was three weeks out (2/13). On 2/13 received a message that delivery would be delayed 1-3 days, at that time we were down to 2% and 8%. I called again that afternoon and was told the delivery would be the next day! They did show up that day for delivery. The delivery gentleman was very nice and from out of state. I’m sure he has had to listen to a lot of upset customers. Ferrellgas tried to deliver propane during the worst snow and ice storm of the year — my driveway turned into the Iditarod, and the driver understandably couldn’t make it up. What wasn’t understandable was that they quietly cancelled my fully paid order and never told me. Two weeks later, I discovered my “delivery” was as missing as my patience. DO NOT HAVE ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! Horrible experience! Ordered propane on February 3, delivery was promised by Feb.17, on February 23 they told me will get gas the next day…today is Feb.25 still waiting. Today received an e-mail that they do not have delivery date for me.
