Avoid Ferrell. They are most famous locally for their numerous large-scale failures to meet demands during multiple recent winters, leaving families cold. Prompt service, no hidden fees, just honest reliable service
I have had the worst customer service experience I can remember. II have been waiting for 42 days to remove the tank from my former residence. I have been told three times that the tank will be picked up the following day which never happened. I have been told I will not get a refund for the gas that I had to have the new owners pay for it even though they were using someone else and the tank was to be removed. I was later told I would get a credit for the propane towards future purchases at my current residence. The propane... read more
The propane for our home has been at less than 10% for two weeks now. We were told that the propane was going to be delivered by Monday, October 13, and we still have not received the delivery. Their customer service is lacking as well - not receiving calls back, being made to feel like the only option is running out of propane and having them reset the system.
