The delivery was on time as promised, and we have never run out of propane since we started working with Ferrellgas
Ferrell is amazing....all winter long they tell you 10 days for a delivery when you are at 30% and twice this past winter I ran out. Last delivery I called to order and GUESS WHAT??? Delivery was made the NEXT MORNING. It was early spring and still cold. I don't get it. There is something rotten in Denmark if you ask me. Makes no sense!!!

I have always received excellent service when calling and all deliveries were very timely. On a few occasions I had forgotten to clear the snow from around the fill valve on my underground tank, and the drivers were always nice enough to do it so the delivery could be made. Thanks very much for your help!!
