My first delivery was amazing and then I was put on auto fill so, I don't have to worry if it gets low. They will keep an eye on the level for me and fill it if I need it.
Overall happy with the pricing and delivery time. I don't love that they don't fill all the way to 80%. It means more deliveries and more monitoring. I try to call to discuss this, but can never get anyone on the phone. Wait time is always ridiculous.
I have always had good service from Ferrell Gas and the prices seam fair to me. I only wish I had enough energy to clear a path in the snow for the delivery people so they could get to my tanks easier.
Easy to work with and friendly fast service. So fast I didn’t have enough time to shovel the whole way to the road for the driver but he didn’t seem too worried about it
I can always rely on Ferrellgas for my propane. They come always before the delivery date and they make everything easier for me. And their prices right now are at fair market value for me.
