I've been coming here for the past 4 years to get my tanks refilled. I go through about a tank a month but have 4 so I'll go and refill 3 a few times a year. The reason I started coming to this place is for the punch cards, after 4 refills the 5th is free, it's a great deal. Today I went to fill up 3 tanks, I had 1 spot left on my punch card and then got a free tank, figured I'd get a new punch card with 1 hole punched, but Julie on the phone said that is not how it works. Trash place . Horrible customer service it's 1 pm dude is here he is saying some lady is not here so can't do anything. Called before coming they said come by and now this ??? WTH
Online it says they are open untill 5 pm. We pulled up at 345 to fill our tanks today and no one was there everything is closed and the door was locked. Very unprofessional and disappointing
Tried calling twice to get pricing on forktruck propane refills delivered, waited 7 minutes both times before I hung up.. wont be doing business with them no matter how cheap.. they clearly do not have good customer service.
