I am 80 yeasts old and disabled. When I ordered my propane I made the agent aware of this and said I would not hear the delivery driver knock. I asked that he not shut my system down as I had all electronic pilots. He did so anyway and was going to make me wait 3 fays without heat to come back and turn it on. This was unconscionable! The excuse was he was required to turn it off. There should be exceptions to any company policy for a good reason, but Ferrellgas refuses! We highly recommend Ferrellgas to anyone searching for a reputable propane provider! Our 1st Emergency ever after over 25 yrs of service with Ferrellgas came when we received a call from our next-door neighbors that they smelled gas and heard a loud hissing noise coming from behind our barn which is where our fuel tank is. Have used ferrellgas for 15years. Never had any issues,always on time.Great service
I switch to Ferrell gas 10 years ago and been happy every since. Jason is our driver from the Kankakee hub and I cannot say enough about him. Over the last ten years it does not matter if we are scheduled last or first if the website order says the gas is out for delivery time and time again Jason has delivered. Snow storms, pouring rain or -20 % cold Jason has always delivered the gas even if he has to stay over. It is my experience that an employee like Jason is so hard to find these days.
