Incredibly frustrating experiences with ferallgas. Last year a half full was no more than $600 including an inspection. Left our back gate wide open and we’d just recently adopted our dog at the time. Gave no definite delivery date. Only the estimated dean ranging of 2 weeks. Did not notify us they’d arrived until after they were gone. This year. Price for a half was $850+ full $1250. Thankfully closed our gate this time. Impossible to know the price of gas before you order. Charges $100/year for tank rental and maintenance. They have been saying the ugly peeling tank would be painted. Has not been painted in 20 years.

It’s a slap in the face for customers of 20 plus years to Pay $3.99 a gallon and you offer new customers price under $2.00! Before if market price was less we got it for the lower price, not anymore, no matter what you still pay caped price of $3.99. I only stay with you because I can stay on the budget. I’m thinking about buying my own tank. You don’t care about people on limited income! All my utility bills have gone up $50.
