Great service. Courteous and friendly.
Driver (Tony F.) showed up and was the most rude driver I've encountered with Ferrellgas. Ferrell needs to keep in mind that there are over a DOZEN sources for LP in my area. LP is LP, that driver is the #1 representative of the overall mentality of that company!!!

I’ve used Ferrell for my propane services since 2016 and never had a single issue or had to speak to customer service. On Sept 9, I requested service and paid upfront per usual. On the 13th, a truck pulled up in my driveway & sat there for 15 minutes then left without servicing my tank. I was home AND my front door was open and in view of the roadway and driveway. No one came to my door or even got out of the truck. I called and spoke with the rudest representative I’ve ever spoken to, who insisted my propane tank was filled... read more
Completely unreliable. They want payment up front and then take weeks to deliver Propane and then only after 3 no-shows. This is my last order. When this is out I am canceling account.
