I never received notification that delivery was canceled and payment wasn't processed. I went back a few weeks later to reorder the gas and payment was processed the gas was scheduled to be delivered a few days following. Two weeks later still no gas! Call to verify everything was good and they stated it will be delivered a few days later. Ordered a large amount of fuel a few weeks ago and were given a delivery window of service by 12/5. We had plenty of gas to fuel our furnace through that date but not far beyond. There is always someone home, but we never saw a truck show that day. Of course the 5th was a Friday and we had to wait till Monday to call. They claimed a driver came out the 4th but couldn’t find the tank. They never called or knocked on the door and we were home the entire day. Ordered service on 3/24 and was told it would be set up in 10 days. It ended up being 36 days(4/30) and technicians left in middle of day. Placed tank and have not returned to complete service order. It is now 10/17. Billed $300 which I would have paid on 4/30, when job should have been completed. Now, I just assume Ferrell come back and get their tank. Really bad customer service.

Driver (Tony F.) showed up and was the most rude driver I've encountered with Ferrellgas. Ferrell needs to keep in mind that there are over a DOZEN sources for LP in my area. LP is LP, that driver is the #1 representative of the overall mentality of that company!!!
