Wouldn’t even give them a star but that’s the only option. Had a leak in a LEASED tank, they came out fast for that but it’s been 3 weeks still haven’t replaced the gas it’s been below freezing everyday and night. I call and spend over an hour on the phone with them everyday and still nothing. My whole house is run off gas. Even tried to pay to get it faster and they let me pay for expedited delivery then called back and told me they were just going to take care of it. That was on 12/31/24. Ordered a fill up of our tank on January 2nd and got confirmation that it would be filled by January 9th. I've been in contact multiple times with the customer service reps and they stated that the date listed is the last day I would receive the fill up. Well it's the 9th and I'm not even on their schedule for delivery. So I called and was told it was all worked out and they added me to the schedule for today. I can't tell you how bad this people are .. one of my best friend lost his house last week because of this company..he ask them not turn the gas on .he wanted to check the lines out first ..she turn it on and burned his house down ..she seen it smoking and the lady choose not get it out while it was a tiny fire .she choose to leave the property then call 911 after it was in flame ..the fire department report say it was her fault and the lady admited to fire department it was her fault.. now the company told my friend it just... read more
The absolute worst customer service. We are new to Georgia and had renovations done to our house so we needed a 500 gallon propane tank installed as our property had never had gas before. Ferrell Gas is one of two companies that are certified to do propane tank installations in Monroe, and even though they gave us a quote that was almost $2000 higher, we thought it best to go with them because the other company was booked 5 weeks out. We've been customers for over 10 years and are done with the very poor customer service. We have a property that requires us to be here when they come out to fill the tank. We prepay for gas and then wait weeks for them to come out and fill the tank with only 15 minutes notice, if we get any notice at all. Now you can't even get anyone on the phone to see if you are at least on the schedule for that day or week.
