I left Airgas to come to this company. I’m at the point now. I’m about ready to go back. I’ve had about six deliveries from this company three out of six deliveries. They have done damaged my driveway sprinkler system or hit objects coming down my driveway. The last delivery, the lady driver, shush my wife as she was trying to explain to her how to turn around in my driveway. The prices have went up tremendously as I watched Gas prices Pro. We have been a customer of this companies winder Ga branch for many years and have recently moved away from a propane pool heater and have requested for several months to have the tank picked up. After multiple calls an appointment was scheduled 10/7/25 from 1 pm to 4pm an adult presence was requested from them and we obliged but the terrible service from this company again rose to the top. Wouldn’t even give them a star but that’s the only option. Had a leak in a LEASED tank, they came out fast for that but it’s been 3 weeks still haven’t replaced the gas it’s been below freezing everyday and night. I call and spend over an hour on the phone with them everyday and still nothing. My whole house is run off gas. Even tried to pay to get it faster and they let me pay for expedited delivery then called back and told me they were just going to take care of it. That was on 12/31/24. Ordered a fill up of our tank on January 2nd and got confirmation that it would be filled by January 9th. I've been in contact multiple times with the customer service reps and they stated that the date listed is the last day I would receive the fill up. Well it's the 9th and I'm not even on their schedule for delivery. So I called and was told it was all worked out and they added me to the schedule for today.
