We have never lived in a home that uses propane for anything, let alone for whole-home heating. On Tuesday night our tank apparently ran to 0% so we called the after-hours number, and paid SIX HUNDRED AND TWENTY FIVE DOLLARS for a half-tank emergency fill... which ended up happening at 5pm the next day.
