My gas tank is empty and customer service has informed me they will deliver sometime in the next 12 days. I have 2 kids under 2 years old and I am 6 month pregnant. It is 30 degrees fahrenheit outside and I don't have a fireplace. Amber from customer service informed me that she doesn't have a supervisor I can talk to, and that the delivery scheduling team doesn't take phone calls. This leaves me with no means of escalating. My family has been out of propane for over a week. Admittedly we were not as diligent as we should have been. This is our first country home and we filled up before a few days before Christmas so thought we'd be good for at least a month. Nope, 400 gallons of propane gone in less than a month. That is on us 100%. My negative review comes from lack of communication. We called them, told them the situation...they took our payment and said they'd try to get to us within two weeks. 30%+ higher propane price than local competitor- I’m leaving Ferrellgas!! I purchased a home that had Ferrellgas rented tanks so I had to fill with them. Fuel price high plus extra delivery charges our local Cenex does not charge! Beware!

Price gouging. Had 200 gallons delivered on celina November 3 2021. Cost $685. Charged 3.02 a gallon. I called other local companies and tbey are only charging 2.24 yo 2.29 a gallon. I called and asked how tbey could do people that way they basically just said have a good day. Been a customer for years wont use tbem again. Shop around before aski g these people to fill your tank. I wished I had.

Used to be an employee, very undecided. Bought a tank from RE Powel. Not a fan O'Brien's Realm. Treat customers with Respect! Fair price. Used to be $1.99 a gal for First time buyer's. What's up?

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I moved and signed up for service with them because the previous owner had leased the tank. I signed up for the 'keep the tank full' service and never received a bill. I had to call 2x to figure out how to pay, then, when I called for a refill, they told me I had never signed up for this service and that they couldn't come for FOUR WEEKS in the middle of the winter. Our experience with Ferrellgas has been quite a nightmare. After waiting 11 days for a refill (they tell us to call 5-8 days in advance) we were told that we were finally routed to be filled today. (We refill every month so waiting almost 2 weeks for a fill means we run to 0%). Came home after work to an empty tank and customer service doesn't seem to be concerned that it is 6 degrees outside and we are still without propane. We live in a very rural area and it is not convenient for them to deliver so we are often left to w... read more

terrible, ordered fuel 5 days ago, told it could be two weeks, unless I paid extra as an emergency. So I called back and said I will pay then they said they still cant tell me when they will be here! Terrible service !!
