Extremely poor service
I complained smelling gas - they send one guy over and charge us $325 for less than one hour and no gas refill . We have been postponed for over a week with no heat since they never sent notice that our gas was low .
It took three days to get an actual person on the phone in North Wilkesboro, when I did get someone on the phone they informed me that the market price was 3.94 a gallon......Amerigas had it for 2.09 a gallon the same day. I said I would not pay that inflated price and I would like to speak to the manager, never got a return call and they filled my tanks at 3.94 a gallon before I ok'd it. I ordered gas from them on January 17th and their website said I'd get it on Feb 2. On Feb 2, they changed it to Feb 9. On Feb 9 they changed it to Feb 16. Now, it shows that we don't even have an order in. I thought I was the only one with this issue with them, but it looks like alot of people have the same problem. I would not recommend with them them at all
very poor customer service. had leaking tanks and cannot get them repaired and just get the runaround from numerous agents.
