We have always had a relatively good experience with Ferrell gas delivery. We had to update our account to reflect that we now use it to heat our water as well. We have since had more prompt service.
Lack of urgency, unprofessional and overall bad business practices. We ran out of propane not once but twice within 2 years after ordering and paying for the gas when our tank was at 30%. After calling multiple times we had to use small heaters to heat our entire house and temps were in the teens for multiple days. One of the drivers didn’t bother to knock on our door because one of our dogs was in the fence where the underground gas tank is located. My 85-year-old aunt has Gass with this company. It is the dead of winter and temperatures have dropped to 6°. The gas company has failed to deliver gas despite the fact that she is paid up on her bill for nearly a month. We have called daily. She’s been unable to cook for nearly 2 weeks because her stove is also gas. This is border lining on elderly abuse. I been with you guys for only two years reason I rated a two star is this year you didn't do a black Friday deal it's cool it would be good if you guys would do deals like that more. But other than that I'm glad I chose you guy thanks for your service.
I have always had “good” service from Ferrell gas. They always come when promised, driver leave a ticket and overall excellent service. I recommend them to all that need propane.
