Not happy thus far – We are new to the area and we had to order gas to heat our home. Needless to say, it is VERY cold outside and we ordered the gas on Monday, Novemeber 1st 2010(paid in FULL). It is Wednesday and we still do not have our gas, our house is VERY cold and I have a 3 year old in the home! I am SO not happy with them! Sorry – Ferrellgas is so sorry, i really don't get customer service. Ever time i call i never get a real person, i get the answer service. It has been 3 hours and no one has contacted me and i am bout out of gas. Please don't use ferrellgas they don't know how to run there business. They are sorry........ the fayetteville phone does not work. Then it is connected to aberdeen which no one ever seems available.
