First let me start by saying that the people on the phone are very nice and professional but that’s where the good part ends. Last year I had to call over 5 times for them to come out and fix a leak from the tank (which they also charged ME FOR ). I was told to ask the FIRE DEPARTMENT to come out and inspect for leaks instead of using them. I have to pay over 500 dollars just to keep myself warm at night alone because of how expensive and how I dislike calling this company. This company has disappointed me incredibly. Contacted Ferrellgas because my gas log would not properly light. The problem only occurred on cold mornings. I had already changed out all the control components on the log with no favorable results. Twice I had to set up the appointment because the service tech never arrived for the first appointment. For the second event, I never actually saw the service technician. He left a one page note on my front porch telling me he had been there. The gas log still would not light on cold mornings. Alright well since you are asking me to give you review I will give you my review. Your service is the worst and nobody in your company gives rats about customers needs. First I have requested multiple times over the phone (last winter & before ) that I would need to be home during the delivery since during the installment I mentioned to worker that new septic tank is right there and nope still installed few inches away from it which is not safe or ideal. Service has really gone down. I attempted to call to refill my tank and could not get through to a person. 10 to 15 minute hold time to give them my money. Automation took my number and stated I would keep my place in line. First time I did this, I normally hold. I grew a beard waiting for them to call back and have not heard from them yet. I own the tank. I called their competitor and someone picked up the phone immediately. I will no longer use Ferrellgas. I have used them since 2016 but I will not tolerate such poor custo... read more
