I went to the office to buy gas and closed 30 minutes early if they are irresponsible
Contacted Ferrellgas because my gas log would not properly light. The problem only occurred on cold mornings. I had already changed out all the control components on the log with no favorable results. Twice I had to set up the appointment because the service tech never arrived for the first appointment. For the second event, I never actually saw the service technician. He left a one page note on my front porch telling me he had been there. The gas log still would not light on cold mornings. Alright well since you are asking me to give you review I will give you my review. Your service is the worst and nobody in your company gives rats about customers needs. First I have requested multiple times over the phone (last winter & before ) that I would need to be home during the delivery since during the installment I mentioned to worker that new septic tank is right there and nope still installed few inches away from it which is not safe or ideal. Service has really gone down. I attempted to call to refill my tank and could not get through to a person. 10 to 15 minute hold time to give them my money. Automation took my number and stated I would keep my place in line. First time I did this, I normally hold. I grew a beard waiting for them to call back and have not heard from them yet. I own the tank. I called their competitor and someone picked up the phone immediately. I will no longer use Ferrellgas. My first year with this company. Prompt service with delivery but had leak and had to call to come and repair. Placed my first order for gas and have been waiting now right at 3 weeks and still no gas delivery. Have called twice. I’m now down to 13% left in tank. Find someone else to service your gas propane
