Unfortunately, I am very disappointed. It’s been 20 days since they cashed my payment, and still waiting for a delivery. After several calls without a call back, I would never ever recommend this company.
It took 9 days after I called for gas, to get the delivery. The credit card payment had already cleared my bank account several days before the delivery. The amount charged to my card was $56 more than the delivery amount . I will see if I get a refund!! The delivery person was nice. When this tank is used I am seriously thinking of calling and having them come get my tank and I will buy from another supplier. This is about 13 years I have used Ferrell Gas.
First let me start by saying that the people on the phone are very nice and professional but that’s where the good part ends. Last year I had to call over 5 times for them to come out and fix a leak from the tank (which they also charged ME FOR ). I was told to ask the FIRE DEPARTMENT to come out and inspect for leaks instead of using them. I went to the office to buy gas and closed 30 minutes early if they are irresponsible
Contacted Ferrellgas because my gas log would not properly light. The problem only occurred on cold mornings. I had already changed out all the control components on the log with no favorable results. Twice I had to set up the appointment because the service tech never arrived for the first appointment. For the second event, I never actually saw the service technician. He left a one page note on my front porch telling me he had been there. The gas log still would not light on cold mornings.
