I have auto refill and still went 3 days without heat. I live in the mountains.
Once again, we've received excellent and courteous service from Ferrell Gas. We appreciate the service. March 2026 update: again the service provided by Ferrell Gas is excellent. We continue to be very satisfied customers.
Ferrellgas always responds as quickly as possible! I cannot thank them enough for taking care of me for over 23 years with excellent care!
We were almost out of propane, there was snow on the ground, and we were expecting a wait but when my husband called he spoke with the nicest lady she was so helpful. They delivered our propane the next day (I would call that service) and the driver of the truck had to walk in the snow and pull the hose a cross the road and he was so nice and friendly. I would say if you need propane you can't go wrong with their service
