No problem with service, just a problem with how they rip you off with extra fees. They add Hazmat fees, Fuel surcharges, and possibly Distance fees, I’ve been buying propane at another location for 40-years and have never paid any of those fees.
Great staff and fair pricing.
They are happy to fill my tank, but they do not want to replace a faulty gauge. I'm frustrated, after all, it is their tank--I'm renting it.
I LOVE being able to walk into an office area and request a fill up and pay my bill. Personal service like that is getting hard to find. I also love the idea of prepay saving us money. Because of Hurricane Helena, I lost my job. This way I can save up for my fill up and save $$ at the same time.
Consistent and dependable service. That is all I ask for and Ferrellgas is very good at both.
