They skipped our gas delivery and our home froze over. Then when they do come days later, they won't give a time they're coming, just a day. So someone has to waste an entire day waiting on them to come. Absolutely horrendous customer service. Drivers have always been extremely nice and accomodating but whoever manages this company needs to get it together.
Very satisfied with Ferrell Gas and their customer service. I've dealt with two other providers (one being locally owned) and Ferrell Gas is by far heads above them. You can contact them easily and they are local. No talking to someone you can't understand to explain a problem with an overcharge on your bill that should not have been there. Did I mention that I support family owned and local!
To begin , I placed a prepaid refill order for approximately 80 gallons of LP in the last week of August 2025. I was informed that my delivery would be on 9/3/25. I never left my residence on said day and I received a call from Ferrel customer service stating that my fence was locked and the delivery person was not able to get to my tank in the back yard. Great service. Drivers have always provided great customer service. Fair price on propane.
