The delivery man is very friendly and efficient. The call in customer service representative is always friendly and helpful. The only issue is with updating my tank level online. That has been an anxiety to keep up with in this extra cold time. But alas... I'm having them install a more automated system for keeping my tank full. All in all i am thrilled with the service.

Most mannered company and their deliveryman are polite and helpful. They well know their jobs
My 83year old mom ran out of gas within 3 weeks of getting her tank filled. She only uses the gas to heat her home and is very frugal about using it. Obviously there is something wrong. They refused to fill her tank again until January 27th knowing that the temperatures were going to be in the teens. She is still using space heaters and her oven for heat. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICEn NO COMMUNICATION My tank is emptyy, only 2 months after getting a fill (usually lasts 2yrs) Called to report that I need a fill and to figure out what happened to all the gas. They sent the tech to diagnose first, but then said he couldn't diagnose because it's empty, but charged me for the service call. I didn't tell them to send the tech before the fill. Still waiting for a fill, without any heat, in 10-20 degree temps, no idea what might be wrong with the tank so I will still need ANOTHER servic... read more
