Being a customer of Ferrell Gas has been the worst experience of my life. I've been a customer for about 16 months now. I only use gas for heating during the winter months and pay for my order in advance everytime. The winter of 2014 went great until my last order. I received a bill for over 400 dollars for the delivery. I ordered 100 gallons at $2.49 to finish the winter out and paid upfront so there had to have been a mistake I thought.
