So let me get this straight, my gauge malfunctions so when I check for fuel it say i have some. I run out of gas and the gauge still indicates fuel. I call for a fill, they tell me it will take up to a week to get fuel!!?? What the hell, so I get to not have heat or water for a week. AND they want to charge me for a emergency fill...because their gauge was faulty...Absolutely unacceptable customer service..If I could give a negative review I certainly would
I am giving no stars. We have been using them for about 3 weeks to fill out little tanks. We have had no problems at all until today. We show up with 2 tanks to get them filled and they refuse us. Now all of a sudden after 3 weeks they say they can't fill them bc they are out of date. The date on the tanks has been the same these 3 weeks and not one word was said. I have been a customer of Ferrell Gas for some time now; On 10/19/2018 I went to turn my propane tank on as it is getting chilly and I needed to use the heat. The tank was leaking so I immediately called Ferrell who told me not to cal the fire dept, someone would be there shortly. They were true to their word and the tech that came said we would need a new tank. I was informed that it would be delivered on the 22nd or 23rd. They did not show up until the 26th, a day which was raining heavily and they proceeded to tear up my ... read more
Love the Company. I just moved to North Carolina and choice them as my LP gas supplier and so glad I did. So far the service has been first rate and the employees even nicer. They were all so helpful in getting me set up and making sure I was ready for their visit.
